Mr. Armar has over 30 years of experience in energy/power sector reform and structured financing arrangements. He is currently the Board Chairman of First Atlantic Bank Limited, Chairman of the Advisory Board of the West Africa Sustainable Engineering Network for Development (WASEND), and Independent Member (Chairman – Board Finance and Administration Committee) of the Board of Directors of the Transco CLSG (Supra-national Power Transmission Company of the West Africa Power Pool, jointly owned by Cote D’Ivoire, Liberia, Sierra Leone and Guinea). He is the Founder and Executive Director of ANAVENTURES Limited.
Mr. Armar served as the Presidential Adviser (Energy) in the administration of the late Ghanaian President, H. E. Professor John Evans Atta Mills. He has continued to perform special assignments for the Government of Ghana, including Chairperson, Presidential Advisory Committee on “Beijing Action Plan 2019-2021” of the Forum on China Africa Cooperation (FOCAC); and Vice-Chair, Presidential Task Force on “China Development Bank – US$ 3.0 billion Master Facility Agreement” (2015-2016).
He also served with the World Bank Group’s energy practice in various capacities such as Program Manager -Energy Sector Management Assistance Program (ESMAP), Lead - Energy Specialist and Energy Anchor Unit, Principal Energy Specialist - Industry and Energy Network, Senior Energy Planner/Energy Planner – Energy Sector Management Assistance Program (ESMAP) among others.
Mr. Armar has structured financing arrangements for large-scale regional infrastructure development projects, including Western Corridor Gas Infrastructure Development Project, Ghana (2012-2015); West Africa Power Pool – Felou Hydropower Project, Mali/Senegal (2008); West Africa Power Pool – 330kV Coastal Transmission Backbone, Ghana/Togo-Benin (2006).
Mr. Armar has a Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering (Technology Policy Program) from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (USA) and a First-Class Honors Degree in Chemical Engineering and Fuel Technology from the University of Sheffield (UK).
He is fluent in English, Ga, Ashanti Twi and has notions of French.

Mr. Pavan is the founder of PAVAN E ASSOCIADOS LTDA, a multi-industry consulting firm, providing investment advisory services for private and public entities in Brazil and abroad for more than 30 years.
With his wide-ranging expertise in advising his clients on structured financing solutions that leverage Special Purpose Funds (export credit, construction finance, lease finance, etc.), Mr. Pavan has enabled his business clients in the energy, telecommunications, and construction industries to enhance their revenue generation capabilities by more than USD 2.2 billion.
Mr. Pavan held Executive positions at the contractors CAMARGO CORREA, ECOBRAS and CONSTRAN for 17 years. He worked as the President of HISPAMAR SATÉLITES in a consulting role, Business Development Director for CONSTRAN and held the position of Vice President as a Consultant for CNEC/WORLEY PARSONS.
Mr. Pavan holds a postgraduate level certificate in Logistics from Fundacão Getúlio Vargas, São Paulo-SP, and a BSc Business Administration from Faculdade de Administracão, Economia, e Ciencias Contábeis "Oswaldo Cruz", São Paulo-SP.
He is fluent in Portuguese, English, French, Italian and Spanish.

Dr. Asare is an accomplished professional who specializes in Financial Derivatives and Structured Products, with over 27 years of experience in Capital Markets and Emerging Markets.
Expert in Asset Backed Securities and Real Estate Investment Trusts, Dr. Asare has worked collaboratively with transaction teams for the origination and execution of structured trades with a wide range of end-users from corporations, financial institutions, insurance companies, hedge funds, pension funds, asset managers and governmental agencies.
He held senior level positions in various Wall Street firms including, Goldman Sachs, Deutsche Bank, Citibank, Credit Suisse and Bank of America/Merrill Lynch.
He holds Bachelor and Master of Science in Engineering degrees from MIT, a Master of Science in Finance and Applied Economics from MIT, and a Ph.D. in Mechanical/Nuclear Engineering from the University of California.
FINANCIAL TRANSACTION ADVISOR
Isaac is a seasoned Transaction and Project Advisor with extensive experience in project and corporate finance,investment banking, and capital project development. Over the past decade, he has played a pivotal role in
structuring, executing, and advising on transactions exceeding $10 billion across infrastructure, energy, real estate, and industrial sectors. His expertise spans public-private partnerships(PPPs),
capital raising, financial structuring, feasibility studies, and portfolio management, making him a key player in
complex, high-value transactions.
Isaac has strong investment banking expertise, having worked in financial advisory, transaction structuring, and
investment consulting. He has successfully led and advised on projects involving mergers and acquisitions, debt
and equity financing, management buy-outs, expansion financing, and corporate recapitalization. His work has
seen him engage with multilateral institutions, private equity funds, development banks, and institutional
investors, facilitating strategic investments across global markets
His skills include transaction advisory, financial modelling, capital raising, and stakeholder engagement
with global institutions like the World Bank, AfDB, and private equity funds. With a strong foundation in financial
structuring and project execution, Isaac continues to be a strategic leader in global investment and infrastructure finance. His recent roles include Manager at Afreximbank, where he spearheaded project development
initiatives, and Senior Manager at Deloitte Africa, where he expanded a nascent advisory unit by over 500% and
secured multimillion-dollar mandates. Previously, he held leadership positions at EY and worked as an Investment Consultant at the International Finance Corporation (IFC), where he managed investment transactions
across multiple African markets, including Ghana, Liberia, Burkina Faso, Mali, Sierra Leone, and Guinea. Isaac
holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Ghana and a BSc. in Banking & Finance from Central University
College. He is a Certified Business Valuation Analyst (USA), a Chartered Stock broker (Ghana), and is pursuing
certifications as a Certified Public Accountant (Canada) and Project Management Professional (PMP).
HEAD INVESTMENT/CAPITAL RAISE
Henry is a seasoned investment banker with extensive experience across M&A, capital markets and strategic advisory, having
previously worked at prestigious Wall Street firms such as JP Morgan Chase, Credit Suisse and UBS. He has a strong track
record of executing complex, high-profile transactions, including Broadcom’s $69 billion acquisition of VMWare and Hitachi’s
$9.5 billion acquisition of GlobaLogic. His expertise spans debt and equity capital raises, buy-side and sell-side M&A advisory
as well as private and venture financing. Henry most recently worked at UBS as a Director of Technology investment banking
where he spearheaded transformational M&A and capital markets advisory mandates for Fortune 500 companies and
growth-stage innovators alike. His experience includes navigating complex cross-border negotiations for global software
players as well as providing strategic advice around growth and market positioning for leading technology platforms. Prior
to UBS, he held a similar role at Swiss Investment bank Credit Suisse where he honed his financial acumen having advised
public corporations, sovereign wealth funds and private equity firms on multi-billion dollar capital market transactions and
strategic investments.
Bringing deep sector expertise, Henry has advised clients on a range of transactions, including M&A, IPOs, private placements
and leveraged financing. His ability to combine financial acumen and industry insights made him a trusted advisor to both
industry leaders and innovative disruptors alike. Prior to Credit Suisse, Henry worked at an Africa-focused private equity /
venture capital rm, TLG Capital Partners, where he gained experience in growth-stage investments and financial structuring
across emerging markets. This background gives Henry a unique perspective on global capital ows and high-growth
technology ecosystems. Previously, Henry held business development roles at JP Morgan Chase and has a strong track
record of driving topline growth, fostering client relationships, executing strategic initiatives and working cross-functionally
with product, risk and investment teams within the financial services industry. He has proven expertise in identifying and
capitalizing on new business opportunities, structuring complex financial solutions and managing high-value client portfolios. Henry’s experience highlights his deep expertise in investment banking and capital markets, private equity and venture
capital and corporate nance, positioning him as a strategic leader in financial advisory.
Henry holds an MBA in Finance and Entrepreneurship from the NYU Stern School of Business and London Business School.
He also has an MSc in Finance and Management from Cranfield University’s School of Management and a BSc in Civil
Engineering from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology.
FINANCE MANAGER
Prior to joining ICP , Nana Abena was the Group Financial Controller at Aguila Holdings Ltd where in
addition to working on the Group Financial reporting, she worked with the telecommunication subsidiary of the Group as the Finance manager playing a key role in its transition period.
Her previous experiences in Ghana included working as a Senior Management Accountant at All terrain
Services Ghana, where she successfully spearheaded their cost controlling drive across their ten Mining
operational sites as they prepared towards their acquisition goal by the Tsebo group in South Africa. Her
other finance roles were the management accountant for Dangote Cement Ghana, Divisional Accountant
at Managed Healthcare and as the Payroll Accountant for Boart Longyear’s English West African countries
and Eritrea.
In UK, she worked in various capacities at the retail unit of the Nationwide Building Society and in
nance roles at other organisations while getting her CIMA qualification at the Kaplan Financial Institute.
Nana Abena holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Banking and Finance from the University of Ghana
and is an ACMA/CGMA certified from the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, United
Kingdom.
She speaks English and has advanced knowledge of French.
MANAGING PARTNER
William is a results-oriented finance professional with 20+ years’ experience and functional expertise
in Corporate and Investment Banking. He has a wealth of practical exposure in originating, structuring, evaluating and coordinating the funding of public and private sector projects, structured
financing and trade nance transactions. Uniquely, he has worked for extended periods in Public
Finance, Development Finance and Banking.
William has also been the founder-CEO of Forms Capital Limited, a specialized deposit-taking
financial services firm (Finance House category) with additional specialisation in Corporate Finance
since 2013. In that capacity he developed a robust risk management framework that met all regulatory compliance requirements and led the company to bid for and win many capital raising
mandates in excess of USD 3 billion.
Prior to setting up Forms Capital, William worked with Bank of Africa (subsidiary of BMCE Group) in
various capacities including Head of Project Finance and Head of Corporate Banking. William also
worked as an Economist at the Ministry of Finance, Ghana and as Financial Management Specialist at
USAID/West Africa.
William has advised on and closed a number of high impact transactions including: the arrangement
of a USD150M structured debt finance facility from Credit Suisse (London) for the Ghana EXIM Bank
to pursue its lending program; USD 200 million Housing Project finance for the Government of
Ghana with funding provided by Credit Suisse, UK; USD 428 million mixed-used real estate development – The Switchback Park Project – in Accra for the National Pension Fund and partners under a
PPP arrangement; USD 135 million ECA-backed credit facility for Ghana Water Company financed by
Turkey EXIM Bank.
William Arthur Holds a BA (with Honours) in Economics from the University of Ghana and an MSc in
Finance and Investment from the University of Exeter, UK. He also received a certificate in Project
Management from the ILO Training Centre in Turin, Italy and trained for the Energy Risk Professional
(ERP) certification.

Mrs. Borde-Kuofie has worked for a number of years with UT Bank in the Legal and Compliance Department, with Minkah Premo & Co as an associate, and as Senior Legal O cer with the Ghana Cocoa Board
(COCOBOD).
She holds an LLB/Hons from the University of Hertfordshire, England and a Certificate in Leadership and Innovation from the Harvard Business School and IESE New York Business School.
