William is a results-oriented finance professional with over 20years of expertise in Corporate and Investment banking.

He has a wealth of practical exposure in originating, structuring, evaluating and coordinating the funding of public and private sector projects, structured financing and trade finance transactions. William was also the founder-CEO of Forms Capital Limited, a specialized deposit-taking financial services firm with additional specialisation in Corporate Finance.

Prior to setting up Forms Capital, William worked with Bank of Africa in various capacities including Head of Project Finance and Head of Corporate Banking. William also worked as an Economist at the Ministry of Finance, Ghana and as Financial Management Specialist at USAID/West Africa. He has advised on and closed high impact transactions including the arrangement of a USD 150M structured debt finance facility from Credit Suisse (London).

William Arthur Holds a BA (with Honours) in Economics from the University of Ghana and an MSc in Finance and Investment from the University of Exeter, UK. He also received a certificate in Project Management from the ILO Training Centre in Turin, Italy and trained for the Energy Risk Professional (ERP) certification.
